Our offices are open Monday-Friday with variable times to accommodate all of our patients.
Please call us at (509) 375-5000 for specific hours.
A pediatric dentist is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for patient emergencies.
We value your time and we will make every attempt to remain on schedule throughout the day. As pediatric dental specialists, we reserve appointments for your child according to their needs and level of cooperation. Each child is an individual, and some may require more “behavior guidance time” than others. We ask for your patience and understanding as we care for each child. Please keep in mind that your child may be the next one needing our extra attention.
As a courtesy, our office will contact you for confirmation 1-2 days before your appointment. We ask that parents assume responsibility for their child’s appointment time.
In the event that you need to cancel or change your child’s appointment, we request 24 hours notice be given so we are able to offer that appointment time to another child in need of care.
During the school months, late afternoon appointments are in high demand. We try to honor after-school requests and ask that you help us by understanding when we need to appoint during school hours. We will gladly provide you with an excuse for your child’s re-admittance into school.
In an effort to give your child a positive experience in our offices, we are selective in our use of words. We try to avoid words that might worry the child due to previous experiences. Please support us by not using negative words. Use positive words when talking about your child’s appointment.

Our intention is not to “fool” the child, rather to create an experience that is positive. We appreciate your help!
Our offices are preferred providers for most dental insurances. As a courtesy, we will file dental insurance benefits for you.
Filing your insurance is not a guarantee of payment for the services performed. We will do our very best to work with your insurance company and benefit plan.
Dental insurance is meant to be an “aid” in receiving dental care. Our office bases treatment on your child’s needs, not what your insurance will pay. Insurance payment is determined by usual and customary fees. These fees are not always the same as our fees. Therefore, some insurance companies will pay more or some will pay less. Please keep us informed of any changes or updates in your insurance information.
Our financial coordinator will be glad to assist you with any questions you may have regarding your benefits.
Fees for dental services are due on the date of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made with our financial coordinator. Our office accepts cash, check, major credit cards, and Care Credit.
For extensive treatment, we offer a variety of payment options and flexible payment plans.
We are excited to announce that we are now accepting Medicaid for new dental patients aged 5 and under! Schedule your child’s appointment today and let us help them start their journey to a healthy smile!
